I got inspired from another blog on here, she had done goals for herself for each month. I thought that was such a great idea because they smaller goals but yet long term. So here are my monthly goals.
December: To just have weight watchers down, I would it to be apart of my life.
January: to have lost 15 lbs by the end of the month.
February: to walk into a store to buy a new dress, size 14 for my fire fighter banquet:)
Heres a start of my goals, March, April & May soon to come!
