Week one is complete! I just weighed myself and I have lost 4.5 lbs my first week on doing weight watchers. Yey! I was really discouraged at the beginning of the week that it wasn't going to work, but it did! I better not get that use to it because I wont loose that much every week, anywhere from 1-2 lbs a week is what I will loose, but it will add up :)
